What I collect
When you send an enquiry I receive your name, phone number, email, the property postcode and anything you write in the message. When I do a job I also keep the property address, the report and the invoice.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, to carry out and invoice the work you ask for, and to keep the records the law requires for electrical certificates and tax.
How long
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted after 12 months. Job records, reports and invoices are kept for 6 years.
Who else sees it
Enquiry forms are processed by the website host, Netlify. I don't sell or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@romanoelectrics.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
